About Us

Frazier Page is a boutique consulting firm seeking to help clients optimize their existing resources, improve operational efficiencies, and gain transparency to create a more metric driven culture. Our firm is focused on healthcare due to our passion and experience. Our leadership team has over 40 years of experience within healthcare in a variety of roles ranging from operational leadership, finance, IT, and Engineering. We have lived and understand needs within healthcare to streamline processes, including vendor and manufacturing compliance. This understanding ranges from FDA compliance all the way to individual Elements of Performance from the Joint Commission. We’d love the opportunity to work with you to ensure you are getting the most out of your staff and other resources.

Our engagements are meant to provide you the structure and clarity into your current processes that enables your growth by giving you appropriate tools to continue improving your businesses after our engagement. Meet the Team

Founder and Principal Consultant

Dustin Smith

He is a Certified Healthcare Technology Manager with a Bachelor’s in Finance and holds his Master’s of Business Administration. Dustin has worked his entire career in Healthcare and has had the opportunity to drive process efficiencies within food and nutrition, finance, analytics, and Healthcare Technology Management (HTM). His focused approach takes business process design and joins this with sustainable business intelligence to seek and promote transparency, expectation management, accountability, and resource planning. Dustin is an industry thought leader within HTM and is a current active member in the Association for Advancement of Medical Instrumentation.

Principal Consultant

Daniel Pett

For over a decade, he has dedicated his life to improving patient care. Dan started his career helping patients in the emergency department and intensive care units and in doing so, he recognized opportunities to make patient care safer and more effective. To achieve this he earned a degree in engineering from the University of Utah with a continued education at MIT to support enhancing medical devices. He has helped companies save millions of dollars by interacting with healthcare professionals, administrators, and suppliers to identify solutions in product design, procurement, and streamlining organizational protocols. He is our technical expert with a focus on capital serviceability, inventory tracking, and product improvement.

Principal Consultant

Chelsea Page

She is a certified Scrum Product Owner with over 10 years of product ownership experience in Healthcare. Chelsea is skilled at bringing visions to life through requirements gathering, milestone identification, and delivery planning. She has led end to end organizational process evaluation and process improvement, driven incremental change, educated end users, and led multiple teams. Her strategic approach to conceptualize, strategize, develop, and launch a product will provide a new perspective on how to break down work and incrementally deliver value. Chelsea is a skilled organizer who will assist organizations in achieving their goals, efficiencies, and effectiveness.
